Hello! My name is Tima and I am practicing therapist and Registered Clinical Counsellor here in Vancouver, BC. As a relational therapist, I specialize in working with self-discovery, relationship health, intimacy, and trauma. Consistent across my work is the belief that we come into this world whole, and that people don’t need to be fixed. I find what is often missing in our lives are the deeply attuned connections where we feel seen, heard, and understood. Having those connections enables us to regulate our nervous system and to gather enough strength to accomplish meaningful change.
